i want my subdomains to be accessed by www at the front. Right now, they are giving error, so is there any way to have www.subdomain.domain.com work same as subdomain.domain.com

Thanks

No, sorry.

50Webs only supports one level subdomain (if that's the right terminology..)

You can have yourpage.yoursite.com but you cannot have section.yourpage.yoursite.com

Allowing www.subdomain.domain.com would increase dns resolve times. Therefore the feature is not available.

Do subdomains allways have longer resolve times compared to domains?
I'm having problems with URL timeouts on 50web free subdomains (hosted on paid 50webs server). The thread: http://forum.50webs.com/viewtopic.php?t=10557

Basically think of it as one big database. If you have the www prefix it will increase the time needed to find items. The same applies if we have subdomains in the database.

Allowing subdomains does increase lookup time BUT increases for every query...because the database is larger. Not specifically for subdomain queries.

^ Hope you understand.

So there are too many subdomains. 50webs should limit the number of subdomains, get some new domains like 501webs.com 502webs.com etc.

That isn't what I was saying at all.

DNS lookup time is TINY ... in the milliseconds.
