You can configure your program to upload via the FTP service.
Example configuration for
yourwebsite.50webs.com
FTP Host: yourwebsite.50webs.com
Home Path: /yourwebsite.50webs.com/
User: 50webs username
Pass: 50webs password
Example configuration for
yourwebsite.com
FTP Host: yourwebsite.com
Home Path: /yourwebsite.com/
User: 50webs username
Pass: 50webs password

when you say "yourwebsite", I don't add the .com to it do I?

You use your url
such as yourwebsite.50webs.com

In this example (based on your profile) the FTP host would be

NVU -

Visual Web Developer -
http://www.microsoft.com/express/vwd/
Or if you can afford to splash out some money I would recommend trying..
Dreamweaver -
http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/
