My email forwarding suddenly stopped working. 
Incoming emails are being returned to the sender with the following error message:

    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    host gateway-f2.isp.att.net [207.115.11.16]: 521-209.25.195.26 is blocked domain (*)
    521 Blocked for abuse. See http://att.net/blocks

It appears that messages handled by the 50Webs server (209.25.195.26) are being rejected for abuse.
How can this be corrected.  I'm currently unable to receive any of my emails.  My registered domain is  www.jpg-tech.com

it seems like your Internet Provider filter to block 50webs server...I don't think there is anything to do with 50webs server because they are the one who blocked 50webs IP address and the message is not generated or handled by 50webs side...

However I have no idea what it means, but i have to consult with tech supports, I have forwarded your message to them, I will let you know what would they say about it.

The problem has been corrected, so you may close this issue.  But the situation was one of some concern.

I agree with you that my internet service provider (AT&T) was the one filtering the forwards from 50webs.  However, the big question I had for 50Webs was "why?".  A major national ISP (AT&T) decided to block the mail from 50webs "for abuse".  Maybe it was just a mistake from AT&T (wouldn't surprise me).  However, it didn't look good for 50webs, so I wanted to let you know, so 50webs would have a chance to clarify this with AT&T, get to the bottom of it, and avoid a potentially bigger problem.

In the end, the whole thing seems to be a non-event.  The problem has been corrected.  I checked it today and AT&T is not blocking the forwards any more.  I'm not sure what changed, but, at least today, it all seems to be working correctly.

I don't have the answer for this for you but on 50webs side, they have done absolute nothing...so maybe grid on local ISP I don;t know. thank you for report back.
