What does 50 MB database storage actually means does it mean that mySQL databse size cant go bigger than 50MB because I was going to signup for ADVANCED web hosting plan which is $7.00 and I own a large phpbb board the database size is over 50MB, and how come it says 4000 MBytes storage when the MySQL is limited to 50MB...Is'nt MySQL stroage space goes from that 4GB of space....

There is a 50MB limit of database storage for the Advanced Paid Plan. The 4000MB is for normal webspace for files and pages, the 50MB is for database scripts. You can make service upgrades in your Paid Plan control panel which will cost just a little more. It will cost $0.75 extra a month for 10MB more of database storage and you can get up to 50MB more database storage at $3.75 a month extra.

If you need more space for your database you can upgrade your paid plan.

Only 50MB out of 4GB? Thats not particularlly good, although the rest of the paid plans seem excellent.
