Hello,

I just upgraded to a paid subscription. I signed up for a .50webs.net subdomain and instead have received a .50webs.biz subdomain, which I did NOT want. Why is this? Or maybe I got scammed?

I still do not have access to my account even though I have paid and the sales staff has called me to verify.

Can someone please help me out here? Confused

OK, I now have access to the new account, so everything appears to OK. I still am concerned about the .50webs.biz subdomain. Is there any chance that can be changed???

Create a support ticket in your account and they might be able to change that for you if you subdomain is available as a .50webs.net.

If not reply here and maybe we can come to another solution.

The new paid hosting server accept new members under 50webs.biz domain name, sorry currently we don't accept new members no our 50webs.net server.

Sorry to hear it is not possible directly.

However if you prefer this option: I can provide a redirect from the 50webs.net subdomain to your 50webs.biz subdomain by adding it to my own account.

If your happy with the above suggestion then reply with your current subdomain and ill set it up.

Does this also change the control panel for users?

I really liked the user friendly style of the .com panel, now I log in to the .biz panel and the is a nightmare. I don't know if I can even use it, definitely not for the novice or beginner user...from what I am looking at right now, it really was not worth the upgrade. May be great for advanced users but me...not so sure.

Are you talking for Control panel templates ? You can customize the template.
The Control panel functionality is the same for all servers.

Yes the 50webs.net and 50webs.biz share the same control panel. Once you overcome the initial differences you should find no problem using the control panel. If you have any specific questions about how to do something just ask.
